Perfect Fit Promise

  • If your custom foam insert does not fit, we will make the necessary adjustments and send you a new one for free.
  • We may request photos of the equipment and the foam, as well as any additional measurements we may need to ensure we get it right.
  • While we strive to get the fitting as snug as possible, please account for a manufacturing tolerance of up to 3mm. This varies depending on the size and shape of the equipment.
  • This guarantee does not cover changing positions of the inserts or fingerhole positions. We'll make sure you approve the design before cutting.

Lifetime Warranty on Hard Cases

  • Your protective cases are covered by a lifetime warranty. If your protective case is broken, contact us and we will replace it - even if it's in 20 years!
  • While our protective cases are scratch-resistant, they are not scratch-proof. The lifetime guarantee does not apply to cosmetic damage.
  • The warranty does not apply to the foam inserts, which have a separate 12-month warranty.
  • Please do not intentionally damage or misuse the case as it would void its warranty.
  • In some cases, we might request for the damaged case to be delivered back to us for product-improvement purposes. If so, the delivery cost will be re-imbursed to you.
