How do I place an order?
Simply take an individual top-down photo for each of your items how you wish for them to be organised, then record their longest measurements and depth.

Can I place an order without DFX files?
Yes, you can! Send us top-down photos of each item and their length, width, and depth measurements and we'll handle the rest!

Ordering
Can I order foam inserts exactly to the dimensions I want?
Yes! You can order your foam inserts to the exact dimensions you want down to the mm, unless you are ordering your foam insert with a protective case. (We'll make sure it fits snuggly in the case!)

Can I get finger holes in my foam inserts?
Yes, we will add finger holes to all foam inserts by default. If you would like the finger holes in specific positions, please send us an email at sales@ocdcases.com.au as soon as you placed your order.

What is your maximum dimensions that I can order online?
You can place your custom foam order on our website up to 2000mm x 2000mm x 100mm.
If you require a foam insert that exceeds these dimensions, send us an email at sales@ocdcases.com.au and we are happy to discuss more options!
I would like to order more than 10 foam inserts. Can I get a batch discount?
If you are placing an order on 10 or more foam inserts, send us an email at sales@ocdcases.com.au and we'll organise a batch discount for you.

How long does it take for me to receive my custom-made foam insert?
Delivery usually takes 5-10 business days from date of order, depending on your location.
What happens if my tools do not fit the foam insert?
We want to our customers to be 100% satisfied with your foam insert.

What kind of foam do you use?
We use high-density EVA foam foam layers bonded with industrial-grade adhesive.
Our foam is lightweight and boasts exceptional strength and tear resistance. It offers high shock absorption and is resistant to mould, bacteria, and grease, ensuring longevity and hygiene in the workplace and at home.
How do I clean the foam?
Start by gently brushing off any loose dirt or debris. Then, create a solution of mild detergent and water. Using a soft cloth or sponge, gently spot clean the foam, being careful not to saturate it. Rinse thoroughly with clean water and allow it to air dry completely before using again. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning tools, as they can damage the foam's structure.
What is the foam cutting tolerance?
While our stated accuracy stands at +/- 3mm, our precision usually exceeds expectations.
What warranties do you offer?
Our protective cases have a lifetime warranty that covers defects and workmanship and our foam inserts have a 12-month warranty from the date of order.
